Our foundation was laid in 1972 by Founder Chairman Shiv Kumar Mittal, an engineer from Aligarh Muslim University, who established a petroleum dealership with Indian Oil Corporation. Built on strong values of integrity and customer trust, the business quickly earned a reputation for quality products and ethical practices
In 1978, following a one-on-one interview with Rahul Bajaj and strong industry recommendations, he was awarded the Bajaj Auto dealership for the Aligarh region.
In 1985, our current Managing Director Shalabh Mittal joined the business. Through dedication, strategic growth, and operational excellence, the dealership became No.1 in Western UP region.
In 2013, Shiva Group became an authorized dealer of Hyundai passenger vehicles, strengthening its footprint in Uttar Pradesh. Director Saumitra Mittal joined in 2015 and led the expansion into the four-wheeler segment. In 2017, the group partnered with Ford India, and in subsequent years expanded further by representing KTM, Triumph, and Bajaj Chetak in the Aligarh region.
